Hi! Thank you for stopping by…

My Growing Roots was created with the mindset that we all have roots that make up our beliefs, emotional state, and mindset. Our roots dictate how balanced or unbalanced our lives are.

By identifying the roots that block us, that limit us, and that keeps us from having a healthy emotional and physical life; we can then heal, release, and clear them so that positive ones can then be planted and rooted to give us a stable and strong ground we can grow from.

About Melissa Valle

I am a Life Coach. I am here to support you through your journey towards leading a positive and loving lifestyle. I work with you in achieving a healthy & balanced mindset that allows you to be the best and highest version of yourself.

While working with you, I will support you in releasing blockages that may stop you from achieving your goals. We will also work through any conscious or subconscious beliefs that limit you from achieving or having your desires, work through traumas that keep you from having balance in your life, and clear any programming that you may have learned that makes you feel that you aren’t allowed to be happy, have joy, love yourself, set boundaries, have the life you want, be supported and much more.

Children’s healing begins with their parents

Sometimes as parents we don’t realize the smallest things that can affect our children without us even knowing. Our own limiting beliefs, our own fears, and self-love, or lack thereof, will be what they learn. Whatever you grow up seeing is what will set your values, your core beliefs, and the way you see yourself. But that doesn’t have to be your story for the rest of your life, or your child’s. We are beings capable of healing, life lessons are given to us for growth, not punishment. Our children are here to show us where healing is needed, so they don’t have to heal it for us as adults.

My goal is to reach as many people and support them through their own individual healing so they can lead a life of balance and health.

I once heard someone say:

“if you want to heal your ego, the most hardcore and abrupt way to do so is to become a parent”… – Matt Khan

When we become parents, we are entering a new stage of life, but that does not mean that we stop being ourselves. Our children are here to teach and show us love and compassion as much as we are here to guide them. The moment we can embody that, we can release control, attachment, and fear so that we can create healthy relationships.

Every step of development, for both children and parents, requires a new version of ourselves. Our children will trigger us emotionally, teach us, heal us, and push us to let go of control, selfishness, and take responsibility for our own feelings and emotions.

This is why healing your childhood trauma, releasing limiting beliefs and programming is the beginning of healing for you and your future generations.

As I helped many parents through the emotional development of their children I found that the first line of healing required was that of the parents. As the parents healed the children began to follow in healing as well.

It is my goal to share ways of supporting you and your children to create and achieve these healthy and loving relationships that can create safe environments.
