If the purchaser or the person with a scheduled appointment do not show up to a private session for ANY reason, there will be no refund and no reschedule. If you need to cancel a session and reschedule you must do so in writing to melissavalle@mygrowingroots.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment (not including weekends).
A Private Session purchase must be redeemed within 6 months of your purchase date.
